Every single time I play ranked for placements I get Disconnects

Seriously. If it is not literally all 10 matches, it's 8 out 10. What. The. Hell.

And yet I wonder why I get placed so low all the time (note: I'm not saying I should be challenger rito!! I'm high Bronze, low silver at best but bronze 5 everytime because someone dc'd for 10 minutes of the game). What is the draw to playing ranked?
