Refund Cards
Do we only get 3 Refund cards? If so i think Riot should change that... They should change it so we can earn so for how long we play. Ex- 1 Refund Card per 4 months. 3 Cards a year isn't so bad.

This actually sounds like a good idea. I don't know why Riot has such a big issue with refunds. Don't lie and tell me that more than half of the community for League didn't waste their refunds on something really dumb the first time they played. I have skins I bought a year ago (around the time I first signed up) that I don't really care for anymore, and It'd be nice if I could refund them for a champ that I actually play.
