lol Legitimately today I was reported for Offensive Language and the entire game I had everybody on both teams muted, and typed "Glhf" "GJ" "GJ" "GJ" "cough rekt" "GGWP". I said "cough rekt" because I was Vi top lane against Hecarim and I kept almost killing him all game but he'd get away, then later in the game he went for a nice backdoor but I just happened to be leaving base at the same time and ulted him under turret and finally got the kill. That is not toxic in anyway or offensive, its a little friendly banter.
I have been toxic in the past but have been one of the lucky few to change my ways.
The reason is that riot is too focused on instant punishment without actively looking at the reports. The system is NOT working as it should (as indicated as I've reported at least 5 people who spammed my games with hate speech, admitted using scripts, and were very unsportsmanlike and riot hasn't done a god damn thing to them) and instead just letting people roam free without fear.
