ETA on Dynamic Queue?
As the title states, is there an ETA on when the Dynamic Queue/New Champion Select is coming back to ranked?

im not doing placements till its back. it was here shortly but it is so much better
A recent post said it was enabled on EUNE, they're probably testing it there. Hopefully the test will succeed and EUW can also get the new champ select again. 
When it is fixed up to fulfill it's original intent and purpose, can't rush stuff like this
