We Need to have Admins in Ranked

EDIT: I noticed that after receiving a couple up votes, I got a few down votes without replies why... I would really like an answer from people who think this is a bad idea.

How many times have you lost a promo because of an afk? How many games have you experienced where someone picked a troll character just because they couldn't have their preferred lane? When was the last time a duo queue picked a needless fight and convinced others to mass report you?

These problems and many more need to stop! I am so tired especially from the mass reports by trolls defending other trolls. Everyone in the community seems to have forgotten what it was like when we could solo queue and just have fun without hearing a single "Fuck you noob, going AFK"

I understand that in normals, we really don't care if we get a troll/rager/AFK cause normals aren't important. But I have a solution to solve these problems for RANKED!

All we need, is one button! "That's it?" YES! THAT IS IT! One button that would allow us to send a request for a riot administrator to spectate. "What's that going to do?" Well, nothing at first! But as the administrator watches what each team is both doing and saying he'll understand how this game is being affected by trolls

And, ok... It might take more than just one button, or maybe no buttons at all! Some possible ways to ask for an admins help could be:

typing a command, and reason. ex. /adm Our vayne has been raging since 5 minutes in and has just started intentionally feeding, pls help.
Pressing a button and adding a comment or pressing a poll similar to the one below. This would even allow Riot to have a means of sorting these requests.

What help would an admin joining/spectating the game even bring? I believe the admin COULD do one of the following:

He could pause the match to talk to both, or just one, team. Of course both teams would still be able to type to each other.
He could declare Loss Prevented for one team. This situation would not be applied to ragers or racists but to the teams with AFKs or Intentional feeders. The AFK/Intentional feeder would of course still receive -lp
He could end a match where both teams were just flaming and arguing. This is probably the worst case and most unlikely scenario, but still a possibility in my mind.
He could apply chat restrict to single players flaming others. Because sometimes people just have a bad day, and they just flame during their first match. These guys aren't gonna continue their trend (maybe) and won't get enough reports for a chat restrict And so much more than what I just said!

Now, Riot wanted me to post this before they implemented it. They want hits and people to agree with me. Let's show Riot that we want/need better control of the toxicity in ranked!

As harmful as toxic players are, I can't find much redeemable about this solution.

How would Riot sort out which reports to approach? There would be so many cases of abuse of the system that identifying legitimate problems would be near impossible.
Riot is not infinite. The amount of games greatly outnumbers the amount of employees.
Pausing a match has countless negative effects on the outcome, especially in premades where communication can continue during the pause.
Loss prevented is only used in cases where the problem is Riot's fault for massive amounts of players. Because of the way transfer of LP works, it is rarely invoked. 4.a. Loss prevented robs the players who were playing fairly of their ranked progress.
Believe it or not, you can establish chat restrictions yourself with the mute button!
We already have your "ONE BUTTON," the report button. :-)

I see how and why you could think that way, but I don't think you fully understand what im trying to get to happen here. I will respond to each of your points in turn.

How would Riot sort... Through comments or maybe adding more than one button. Maybe there would be a checklist and various reasons why they need an admin, very similar to my poll. Some of these problems are worse than others and admins could focus on the worse problems with serious comments. A simple way to sort comments would be to put the ones with most characters at the top of the list. Not exactly the most efficient, but the serious ones must be bad if they are that long.
Yes I understand that not every person would be able to see an admin by the end of their game, but with this new fix I edited in from your reply 1, I think the people who really need it will get it.
Why wouldn't people be able to talk to each other if the match is paused by an admin? An admin would probably want to talk to a team, if not both, in order to get a better grasp of how people feel about the situation. Not having a way to chat during this time seems ineffective
I understand that is why Loss Prevented is currently applied when it is. But when it comes to a ranked match, I don't think people should lose LP because player #5 decided he wanted to make something to eat and AFK'd while he watched TV for the entirety of the match. 4.a. An AFK robs a team who wanted to play fairly the progression they deserve.
I have talked to Riot about the issues presented when one mutes another during the match. The problems with /mute and /ignore are as follows: When they try to actually ask for a group-up, for help, objectives, call out timers like flash, etc. You cant read them strategizing; When you mute the guy whos raging at you, 7/10 times he focuses onto someone else who either puts up with it, get distracted by it, or also /mutes; Sometimes when you mute people, they get upset nobody listens to them and they AFK which is worse than getting raged at in ranked.
And the report button is GREAT! Unfortunately, the report button doesn't help me DURING the match. I'm asking for help before I report this guy. Cause, even if Riot comes in and tells me that I was the wrong one for getting mad back at the rager, I am still filing my could-be-erroneous report on him.
