We Need to have Admins in Ranked

EDIT: I noticed that after receiving a couple up votes, I got a few down votes without replies why... I would really like an answer from people who think this is a bad idea.

How many times have you lost a promo because of an afk? How many games have you experienced where someone picked a troll character just because they couldn't have their preferred lane? When was the last time a duo queue picked a needless fight and convinced others to mass report you?

These problems and many more need to stop! I am so tired especially from the mass reports by trolls defending other trolls. Everyone in the community seems to have forgotten what it was like when we could solo queue and just have fun without hearing a single "Fuck you noob, going AFK"

I understand that in normals, we really don't care if we get a troll/rager/AFK cause normals aren't important. But I have a solution to solve these problems for RANKED!

All we need, is one button! "That's it?" YES! THAT IS IT! One button that would allow us to send a request for a riot administrator to spectate. "What's that going to do?" Well, nothing at first! But as the administrator watches what each team is both doing and saying he'll understand how this game is being affected by trolls

And, ok... It might take more than just one button, or maybe no buttons at all! Some possible ways to ask for an admins help could be:

• typing a command, and reason. ex. /adm Our vayne has been raging since 5 minutes in and has just started intentionally feeding, pls help.
• Pressing a button and adding a comment or pressing a poll similar to the one below. This would even allow Riot to have a means of sorting these requests.

What help would an admin joining/spectating the game even bring? I believe the admin COULD do one of the following:

• He could pause the match to talk to both, or just one, team. Of course both teams would still be able to type to each other.
• He could declare Loss Prevented for one team. This situation would not be applied to ragers or racists but to the teams with AFKs or Intentional feeders. The AFK/Intentional feeder would of course still receive -lp
• He could end a match where both teams were just flaming and arguing. This is probably the worst case and most unlikely scenario, but still a possibility in my mind.
• He could apply chat restrict to single players flaming others. Because sometimes people just have a bad day, and they just flame during their first match. These guys aren't gonna continue their trend (maybe) and won't get enough reports for a chat restrict And so much more than what I just said!

Now, Riot wanted me to post this before they implemented it. They want hits and people to agree with me. Let's show Riot that we want/need better control of the toxicity in ranked!
