Rotation availability times

It is extremely stupid that every single New Zealand player has to wait until 1:00 pm for the rotation game mode to be up everyday. That means the I have to wait around till half my day is gone before I can play what ever is up. This also means that Australians have to wait till there 11:00 am which is far better then 1:00 pm. If Riot wants a "synchronized" server maybe they should push the whole severs time forward at least 3 hours. Because by the time it is 1:00 pm I don't even want to play any more.
