To Riot with regards to the Harrowing
First, please move this as I wasn't sure where to post it.

I love this game and have been playing for just over a year, and Halloween is also my favorite "holiday" and I was really looking forward to the Harrowing/Halloween/Spooky stuff this year on the site. This isn't a QQ thread so I don't want it to come across as that but I wanted you to know it was badly handled on your part. I was reading all the threads about this years "harrowing" and the "harrowing skins" and I remember when the new Brand, VI and Kassadin skins read - "To kick off the 5.20 PBE cycle, we have three new 1350 tier skins for Brand, Kassadin, and Vi! While these new skins may seem spooky or out of this world, be aware they are NOT related to the Harrowing! [NOTE: For reference, these are NOT related to the HARROWING]" all of which look cool and I was excited about.
I then saw the skins for Slayer Jinx/Pantheon and was like WTH is this? They looked like Raiders from Fallout and not spooky or scary and didn't seem to fit in with the previous Harrowing Skins...(In fact they reminded me of the Marauder skin line which is clearly based off of Daedric armor from ESO/Skyrim) I already knew I wouldn't be buying them but I'm sure some people will enjoy them so they can purchase if they feel like it. ----BUT---- in all the QQ threads regarding how most people did not like them I am pretty sure I read several Rioters comment that they were NOT a part of the "Harrowing" and would be available year round. This got me excited again thinking we'd still get some spooky skins such as: Necromancer Azir, Reaper Bard, Pumpkin Bard, Pumpkin King Veigar, Vampire Bat Anivia and others. Also as I said they reminded me of the the Marauder skins which are from another game and like the Slayer skins which resemble Borderlands/Fallout I thought it made sense that they could be released "whenever".
As I understand you want to release "cool content" year round (awesome, I like cool stuff)---but who really wants to buy a Halloween costume in July? Who wants to decorate their house for Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) at a random time of the year? My point is it is way more fun to purchase and use our "seasonal" skins in the seasons/holidays they were actually meant for.

I just saw on on Surrender@20 --- [NOTE: Slayer Pantheon, Slayer Jinx, and Zombie Nunu WILL BE LEGACY SKINS.] Which to me means that they ARE our only harrowing skins.
Although I am grateful you guys respond to so many posts on the boards and really interact with the players (it's pretty awesome) I just wish you were all on the same page regarding the Harrowing/Skins.
This whole thing has been really confusing.
