Need help on picking a champion.

So, I've managed to save up enough IP for a 4800 Champ. I like to play mid and top most of the time, and I love burst and/or outplay potential. I want your opinion. The options are most of them, except Fizz, Vayne, Lee Sin, and Riven. Any suggestion? Thanks.
