If you say mystery gift for mystery gift and scam the other player, can you get punished? Just curious before I trade with some1.

im not too sure how helpful Support would be, but i would never trade mystery gift. it just doesnt make any sense to me, do it because you want to gift the other person, not because you expect something in return. thats not what a gift is!
I believe they can. But you won't be reimbursed for it, regardless. In my opinion? It's not worth it.
No. Why? because how the hell are you going to prove it? Just don't bother with it unless you know that person irl and they are trustworthy.
