Jaxraxxus, your League of Legends account has been suspended

Rito, I am not sure who is behind this tribunal, but I am somewhat surprised they have IQ high enough to breathe. This is 2nd fake ban I got, and I except to get another email like I got before:

"Summoner

Yesterday, the team made a human error that temporarily banned your League account. We already revoked this accidental, undeserved punishment, and access to your account is back to normal. We’re sorry this happened at all.

-Lyte and the Player Behavior team"

Now, if you just look at my chat side, It does look like I was being the toxic one, but for the sake of consistency I would be grateful if someone could link the full chat. TF was flaming our and enemy team, and I am pretty sure that everyone from both teams reported him (and his premade) and from time to time we decided it was best for him to get a taste of his own medicine (or poison to be more exact). I guess I got 2 reports in this game from TF and Kalista, but somehow this was considered more toxic than TF that got at least 5?!

You know what these types of "accidents" cause Rito? Me, and most of other players, will not give a cent to your game. The more we get a feeling that our investments are unreliable, the less we will be buying skins and other stupid stuff. And when it all falls apart due to lack of funds, you know whose slanty eyes you can blame? Thats right...

Now hun, its easy to make claims without full chat, aint it? Thats why I asked if somehow we can link full chat, because it looks different with no context. As for why I got unbanned before, In that game I didn't put many toxic lines except using caps on few occasions asking Sivir to stop flaming me (well maybe some as response). Oh yea, Ill provide a link:

And same goes here, it looks toxic without complete chat aint it? Its kinda hard to be completely calm when the toxic root keeps spamming "Nigger" "Retard" "Idiot" "Kill yourself" "Get Cancer" etc, but I get it, you like to be hypocritical asshole while being a "Very Toxic Jinx".

I do not claim I am toxic-free by far, but recently I keep getting toxic assholes in my team that flame everyone yet they go unpunished and somehow I get bans for counter-reacting? If this is because I wont give money to you Rito, you really do nail down a tactic that will make me change my mind xD

The chat isn't relevant. You are judged on what you said, not what anyone else said. That has of course been said 10,000 times before.

Physical assault is not the same as verbal, and equating them is just hyperbolic. In the example you gave the assaulter also is guilty of breaking and entering, so the precedent is different. The legal system treats these differently because they are. In the case of verbal assault, that is fair yes.

If harassing others gives you pleasure, then that further justifies any punishments that you receive.

There really aren't any holes in the system, you are claiming that the others that you dealt with were not punished but there is no reason to believe that they weren't. You are also claiming that you shouldn't have been punished, but you have shown evidence (toxic chat logs) that you should.

  1. Don't tell me that if asshole provokes you, and you break him with reply, you don't get pleasure from that?! You are either not human or acting smug, and my money is on latter one.

  2. Punishments here are fairly hyperbolic (learn to spell hyperbolic ffs), and they are really being trigger happy. Once you get a smear on your acc there is no coming back... Like US legal system... but... I live in EU :(

I sad some mildly toxic stuff, but that was NOTHING in compartment the other guy said, and is it really 14day ban worth? A lot of systems in tribunal are actually a failed legal systems that were used at some point of our history, and tribunal is just a glorified mob justice system... Personally, I wouldn't let justice to such a bunch of crybabies that get upset about any shit. Only thing I am pissed about is that I got banned.

Also you know what was also odd? Flaming piece of excrement that payed TF said in game that he will make me get banned... I am somewhat suspicious this game is full of nepotistic shits that abuse something in system. But this is just a speculation. Just like my speculation that he isnt banned. I checked. He played few games after and he didnt get ban. Assholes name is "Famas4Everr", I checked.

Your first two points aren't about your behavior, which means we've gotten off topic with those. And your third point is trying desperately to take the focus off of yourself and shift the blame onto the TF, whose actions did not get you punished yours did.

His track record is probably cleaner than yours. If he didn't get banned its because you don't get banned over one game.

Also naming and shaming. You complain about mob justice but your post does just that.

If TF's offenses weren't as frequent or as severe then the system is working perfectly fine. You say his offenses were, but you have nothing to back that up and that doesn't change anything about your punishment. Again you are trying desperately to take the focus off of yourself and shift the blame onto the TF, whose actions did not get you punished yours did.

You came to the boards publicly outing yourself and looking for justification for why you got banned. You were literally asking for it. He was not.

Saying things like "smug shitheads" is the exact reason you got banned. Learn it, because you will keep being punished until you do.

Severity is not the only factor. Frequency is also important but that is not demonstrated in chat logs because no matter what you did you only get logs for 1 game. If you are mildly toxic regularly you can get banned.

But in any case, you basically told someone to kill themselves which is considered one of the worst things. That's probably why he said something about you getting banned.

I do flame in this game, yes, but I also don't mind when others flame me (as you can see in this shit partial chat log, I do take it with same measures). Rude and sarcastic comments, I mean... who gets upset about this shit? What kind of crybabies are playing this?! I am only upset about ban, not about what TitsedFate and his retarded baguette eating roommate said in this game.

Rito really needs to group up toxicity by type and match us accordingly. I don't mind flamers or sarcastic or rude comments, most of times I find them funny even if they are on my account. What I get pissed off about is AFKers, intentional feeders and other shitheads that makes me wonder why they even start playing this game?! Death threats, telling people to kill themselves, and racism are all considered extreme offenses. Whether or not you agree with that isn't really relivant.

You need to get past this notion that everyone who reports and complains about toxicity is some baby that's offended to their core. People play this game for fun and they don't want it to be a huge downer of an environment.

This is more than some moral stance(though it certainly is for some). People who come out of negative games are less likely to play again. People who play less, spend less. Riot is a business and they are going to doing what they can to provide the experience the overwhelming majority want, which in this case conflicts with what you want.

Also, don't you think its hard to make these kinds of decisions that force isolation in a team oriented game? I say things in reply to things other say, just like here... I can say "Well you are just a stupid asshole and I don't care about your opinion" buy I would be wrong now wouldn't I?

Also when a teammate decided to inform enemy on my position on map, a fat lot of crap will a mute button do.

Riot should consider to group a types of toxicity. I am not claiming I am clean, I do flame in more than half of games I play, I am a cocky assholes sometimes and I do tend to be sarcastic a lot in game.... But I never ragequit, I never feed intentionally or assist enemy team. A lot of people that do this shit TRIGGER MY FLAME MODE. But I guess Rito will need to learn this at some point before competition figures it out firs and swallows the ever shrinking piece of MOBA players cake.

I beg to differ. In chat it showed that he refused to help his teammates, tried to steal any and all kills, consistently called them crap, and when they did anything he just mocked them.

Right now I am mad at Rito for their "Traditional discipline" system that pushiness you for standing up to a bully. But you know, you are OK with that, so try to enjoy your games while toxic assholes flame you and ruin your game (no, muting doesn't fix the problem when your Kalista keeps telling them when you are doing Dragon solo, but you are welcome to explain me how this works).

For my point of view its quite simple: Rito thinks they figured it out, and I don't -> therefore I don't give them money. For now they laugh, but we will see in a long run, when more and more ppl get annoyed and make same decision and then Rito heads finally decide to publicly lynch Lyte because he single-handedly managed to run company out of business.

Two words into the title of your thread shows your attitude problems and is evidence that a ban is deserved. I highly doubt that you actually got unbanned and are just making that up to lower confidence in the system and gather sympathy.
