How to get a Riot Kayle skin
So I searched for ways to obtain this skin and I heard that they sold it at special events such as pax. Is there any way to find out in advance if an event will either sell or give away codes for this skin?

It will most likely become available at some point in the future. It is a legacy skin, not a limited edition skin, so it can still be purchased from the store at certain times. It is just a rare legacy. The last time it was available was last June as part of a bundle.
As far as i know they dont actually "sell" card code. All you need to do is go to their booth and just ask for one, although i do know some times they will ask you questions/trivia in order to get it. Do note that the Riot skin line is a Legacy label so they will come back in the store. But its also available via Mystery Gift and Hextech Crafting. So if you are up for the gamble you can do that. If not you would have to wait till Riot skins come back to the store.

Rare Legacy skin that can be received from random Mystery Gifts or bought in the store when available.
Hextech Crafting is able ot get you Riot Kayle~ But not PAX. Pax is "Limited" not Legacy.
After released at Gamescon 2014, This Riot Kayle skin is only available by receiving them through a Riot employee.
