edit: Nvm, its probably Poppy since the voice talks about a "Hero". This "Hero" could possibly be a passive for the reworked Poppy

Please don't make this Poppy. From what I remember a rioter wasn't sure if same voice actor or not so it may be similar, so I think this isn't it... Yeh it may be D:
