Appeal a ban

Let me start off by saying that yes I have a problem with toxicity and it has slowly started to get better. I have honestly striven to be a better and more friendly player through-out my days playing league. Due to being toxic I have been suspended a few times, all of which I have looked back on and decided that it was justified; I flamed people hard and made people's games not so enjoyable.

Last night I was playing a game where the Ahri d/c'd and the Soraka was flat trolling. She stole gromp level 1 and continued to follow me around in the jungle proclaiming that she had to "teach me a lesson." She was upset because I went jungle after she had called it (I was higher in the pick order than her so I went jungle, its my main). During the duration of the game I got upset and asked the enemy team to report her and continued playing.

When I logged on today I realized that I was suspended for flaming the person who was literally, in every since of the word, trolling me and making my game not fun at all. Yet when I log on I realize that I had been banned after she explicitly stated that she had been trolling all month with no ban. I realize that I can be toxic at some times and like I said I'm working on that but I honestly believe that I didn't deserve to be banned because of this game. If anything the Soraka deserved to be banned for openly admitting to trolling and continuing to do so on multiple cases. I kindly ask that my suspension be reconsidered to these circumstances.
