How do I tell if I am permanantly banned?

I got this message no explanation in email or otherwise anyone ever seen this before?

I have never been banned before but look how it says "currently" and it doesn't say you account is permanently suspended. It doesn't say how long thought so I guess you just have to wait and see. (I might not be right but that's just what I think)

I am in the same situation as you are. I have not received an email and I have no idea what is going on. I was in a similar situation and was banned after raging at a player who fed and his lane kept tower diving me with out him reacting in anyway to support me or anyone else having to deal with his lane.
