Just got a 14 day ban, worst part about it is... They banned me as I was loading into a game.

So I got a 14 day ban for knowing I was toxic and I'm ok with it, but holy mother of crash test dummies. Rito, you need to do a placement for ranks more often. I had an ashe in my promo game that had never adc'd before and rushed botrk on an ashe.... So while I know my frustration is largely mishandled, you need to fix this problem. Too many trolls for this mess to be happening. Also, premade duo's need to be ranked. Tired of Getting a bronze player in my gold level game. I know the difference is abysmally small, but its angering beyond belief to have your bot duo feed the enemy team and then say "dude chill, I'm new." GO TO A GOSH DARN PRACTICE GAME OR NORMAL!
