Gifting?

I recently got banned on my account and I really don't think it should've happened but now since Im banned for 2 weeks im not able to purchase rp and get Cassiopeia that I have wanted for ever but got distracted buying other stuff and now I cant buy it! I was thinking about making a smurf and buying rp on that and gifting my real account the cass but I cant because there is a 20 lvl limit!!! Plz help!

Would I be able to get to lvl 20 by Friday?

That's not true anymore. Riot lowered the gifting requirements not too long ago. You only need to be level 10 to gift anything except actual RP, which you need to be level 15.
