Multipack discount for skins in the store

My friend's birthday is coming up and I plan on buying one of the new Project skins for them. I am also planning on purchasing one for myself. Steam sells multiple copies of a game at a discounted price (the other copy/copies is/are for your friend(s)). This store feature not only offers incentive to spend more resources at one time but also promotes a back-and-forth of healthy spending. I think that this "giftable copy" could be implemented into the League store, e.g. get two Project Zed skins at 15% off. Thanks for hearing me out!
