Graphics Card (new computer)

I am looking to buy a macbook pro. I am getting an older used one and want to know if i will still be able to play my favorite game, even though it isnt my main selling point. Could someone with computer knowledge/experience take a look at this and tell me if the 2011 13 inch will be able to run league okay?
