Piltover Lore Update Icon -- Lay it within my grasp?

Abryssle·Jul 11, 2017·1 votes·374 views

I'm posting because I've been recently picked up Camille and Heimerdinger (and already had Caitlyn) as some favorite champs to play, and since I love to play with an icon matching a current main, the piltover city icon that came with it's lore update would be lovely. The only problem is that I don't have said icon--not because I don't read the lore updates (I often do) or because I wasn't playing at the time (I was), but because I just didn't hear about it.

So, the big question--since this isn't an icon I can buy, are icons like this available though buying the random icon option repeatedly/the crafting system? Or is this icon permanently locked away for me?

Try fileing a support ticket to riot explaining the situation. Im sure if you played games during that time frame they might work with you. Espically because icons arent worth much money when they do sell them.

Tried just that! Might try again and attach an image demonstrating match history during the time, though. That'd be a reasonable extension.

if they havent responded yet i wouldnt add the picture itll bump you to the back of the que. If they dont believe it at face value they can just pull up your match history they have info on your account.

Can you tell me if you hear anything? I too missed out on the icon. I even got the Zaun one shortly after.

Heard back from riot support; they gave a no on granting it (past the timelimit) and clarified that it's not available via loot crafting or mystery gifts, either. A sad resolution to this tale... but a resolution nonetheless. :c
