for creating a smurf account for existing players, raising a new account to level 30 is too much hard work. so I was thinking, when you create a new account and when the client asks what level of player you are, "beginner ~ expert", when you click, "expert", it asks your main account (In game name) and sends some kind of verification request if it's actually you. then you get on main, accept it, come back to smurf and do verification with your email again for double check. after the double check of verification process is done, you are immediately put into account level 29, instead of 30, so you actually need to play a little on that account, and given 16 cheapest champions from the shop for preparation for ranks and etc. that way, people who want more champions will either put rp into it or play more to earn ip

The big issue I see is the same problem that botting has.

Cons:

  1. People could just start a bunch of new accounts that are already level 30 and sell them.
  2. People could just give their new accounts to new friends that have never played.
  3. It encourages smurfing even more. While smurfing is not bad, it is not incredibly healthy either. Imagine a high diamond player who decides one day to just play bronze ranked for the heck of it, it is a lot more discouraging to have to level an account from the ground.
  4. These are amplified if we are in fact giving them the 16 cheapest champions.

Pros:

  1. Less toxicity in lower level play due to less smurfs.
  2. Likely at least a bit fewer bots.

I think it is a bad idea, and will hurt more than it helps. Interesting concept though.

Actually this is good. ANd in case the acc is permabanned you cannot make a new acc and you are forced to level again. hmm not bad lad
