Vlad vs. Riven top.

I am deciding between which champion to get for top lane. I know that both are strong and I also know that vlad can play mid better than riven. Which one do you think would be better? I do enjoy champs with higher skill cap because there is more opportunity for outplays. I have played riven when she was on free week and I have to say that I enjoyed her a lot. Thanks in advance.

Looks like 5 others agree with me. I'd say Vlad is more reliable than Riven. Especially against an annoying Teemo or Heimerdinger (I play both of those boobs).

Vlad is long range, but Riven does HELLA damage.

Vlad is very strong too. And Riven falls off late game if you can't get much done.

She actually gets really tanky, and can do a whole ton of damage. That is, if she's fed early game. You're right.

Vlad for sure, you can get riven later on as well.
