The Bilgwater Lore

So does anybody remember the guy that would write stories in the comment sections for like all the discounts skins and champs? As well as the snowdown stories. I don't remember his name, and i'm to lazy to look it up :/ I feel like this is the same guy, and that riot hired him ^_^ I like the thought of it, I just wanted to see if anybody else thinks so too, I feel like the 2 writers are very similar in the way they write IF they aren't the same guy. (My fav champ) P.S. I made his icon my little sign off to anybody who reads this...... cuz he is awesome :3
