Nothing left

Hey everyone, There comes a time in our lives when we have purchased all the champions and have all the rune pages we need.... Sadly there is nothing left to buy with the growing IP. Is there anyway to get more stuff purchasable with IP? Food for thought, there really isn't may Chrome skins out there... Would it not be nice if we could buy them with IP or make purchasing IP skins available for people who have bought everything else? Thank you for your time, league on!
