Random Skin Option

This is an idea which has been discussed with my friends and I periodically wish was available...

Would it be possible to create a random skin option instead choosing a skin during champion select? The random pool would only exist for skins already owned, so somebody wouldn't be able to play Pulsefire Ezreal unless they already own Pulsefire Ezreal. I feel like this idea fits in especially well with mystery gifting - except it's a mystery for what you already own. (My friends and I do a lot of mystery gifting... The surprise is quite fun.)

For example... I love Annie's skins. I currently own Goth, Wonderland, Red Riding and Frostfire. With the implementation of a random skin option I could select "random" instead of any of these skins during champion select. By selecting random, I would not know which of the four skins I own would be played until the loading screen (and it's too late to change!).

I'm not sure whether or not it'd be best to add the default skin or not. Some default skins are awesome - and by being included it'd add to the pool of random available. But some people might prefer to play a skin (any skin) over the default look.

By adding a random option a mini surprise is given before each game. The excitement of seeing which skin will be played could even, potentially, encourage further purchases. (It creates more mystery and thus more excitement!)

So please, would a random skin option in champion select be possible?
