Was wondering what the drop rate for skins are in Hextech Crafting. Out of my last 3 chests, the first was iBlitzcrank, which was then followed by Star Guardian Jinx and The Magnificent Twisted Fate. Both happen to be Legendary Skins.

~~i haven't got a key fragment for a month now. ~~ The skin drop rate is quite good. Since last year i have only gotten 3 champ shards and 2 ward skin shards. The rest were all Champ skin shards.
