Losing lp when someone afk's...

I'm really getting sick and tired of constantly going into games and having someone go afk. Now I understand the whole "never surrender" because it is possible and i have won a 4v5 before. But I don't win these 4v5 at the start. I have to have a team that is fed up the ass and have someone leave towards the closing of the match. What I want to have happen is something go in and sense if a team member has left the match and make it to where they are penalized (which they already are), but with more force. Also have something sense when NOT to take away lp when you go into a match and get completely fuck rammed because some twat guzzling shit lord left the game, internet problems or not, I SHOULD NOT have to be penalized for their mistakes. It makes me want to out of here and start playing Infinite Crisis only...
