IP Skins
I've been thinking of this for along time now and I think riot should l let us bye 1 skin per champ with Ip. The more RP they cost the more IP. Cmon guys ik we can make this happen lets up vote this.

I think they should do something like this. It'd be similar with the way SMITE does it. Allow recolored skins to be sold for IP as well as RP. Since league doesn't have truly "recolored" skins though, I say they should put 390/520 (and maybe 750) skins as the ones that can be unlocked with IP or RP. Those lower based tier skins are similar to a recolor afterall since they just change the outfitted looks of the champions as most of the are classic skins and well I don't even think they are bought that often these days when there's plenty of higher skins that do give off more appeal. If they were however available in another way, it might entice people to get some of them.

RIOT needs to be able to use the skins for their profit and thats great. However, I would like to see a few IP skins offered for some of the older/beginner champs such as Ashe. Just a handful of skins to bring those who can't or may not be able to spend money on the game currently a little of the joy of having a skin. It would go a long way to the poorer/cheaper player base without really dipping into RIOT money pool.
I think they should just make some cheapo skins that maybe just change colors a little or add some different designs and sell them for IP. Doesn't sound too bad.

Will never happen, not even a limited time/limited game type of skins. They wont even put the icons for IP, how do you expect it for skins for which they actually had to work.
you do sometimes get icons for ip like the one when ascension came out and the world championship icon you can get for 1 ip
