why are dodge penalties so severe

Ik long queue times can be a bitch, but I had some guy autofilled adc and when we refused to trade he locked raka adc and the last guy was not willing to play adc. I don't think I should have to wait 30 minute to queue just because I value my lp. A lot of the dodges I've seen have been due to trolls or toxic people. On top of this , I lost 10 lp because I wouldn't play with an obvious troll.

Pictures or it didn't happen. There's literally only a handful of those kind of people in ranked...
