"Communicaion is key"

In many games I reviewed you would inform your team mates of what your plan was but you failed to adapt to what was being said by your team mates in response. " This post was by a rioter on a case of singed support. the issue I have is that if all 4 of my team mates have grouped up and tell me im NOT going to go as nocturne mid even though I win with it and he is my main, AND I tell them why it is that nocturne top wil help them in return, but it isn't what they want, does that mean they can all four report me and I get banned because I didn't "communicate" how nocturne mid is some how op, does that mean that any large group of people can get someone banned just by saying "Well we told him not to go nocturne top but he did anyway" BAN HAMMER Ive seen people go yasuo bot lane does that mean that they should be banned aswel or how about ashe him since she is an adc and is suppoed to be bot??? We cant ban people that go brand or garen sup who roams anymore just because they don't "conform" to what team mates tell them. What honestly is so different about singed sup than all of these other examples that means he should get banned because hes different than someone else.

yes I do know what he does in game you don't need to explain it to me that he goes top mid counter jung whatever but I also know he says in chat before the game even starts what he is going to do
