Steel Legion Garen lost his particle effects on E and W with his VU

Courage (W) used to have these really cool shields hovering around him with a blue electric field, but now he only has the electric field without any shields at all

His Judgment (E) had a lightning-whirlwind sort of effect and now it's just a blue recolor of his new E visuals, looking really underwhelming compared to his old particles

Overall it feels like he has a lot less particles now than he originally had with his VU, which feels really counter-intuitive

Are there any plans on getting these visuals back?
