Yea so with the new gamemode and the upcoming Lol. If we own a Kassidin or Zilian skin do we get refunded?

That whooshing sound was the joke passing over your head. Check the date.
URF (Ultra Rapid Fire) was the Urf (April Fools) Day event done by Riot. Last year, it was the Chogath Eats the World (CHEW) minigame. The event lasts a week, and will not actually serve as permanent changes. Enjoy it while it's here.
PS: Zilean isn't auto-banned from the game mode, though he's really broken :(
