Help me to get this image ; ;

I would really like if someone could get me the PNG of the circle that appears in dynamique queue (like in this image: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/MrICqPu2Deo/maxresdefault.jpg (where sivir is)) but without the image inside, so I can put another one to replace Sivir. Please help ; ; I don´t know if I explained myself well.
