Windowed mode in order to share screen via Skype.

I recently decided to use Skype's share screen feature to let my friend watch me play league in windowed mode. For some reason when I enter windowed mode, whether I am sharing my screen or not, it locks the bottom edge, making it impossible to pan the camera downwards. Has anybody heard of this?

It was pretty interesting playing a game with the ability to pan left+right+up... but not down lol

This happens to me too when I play windowed mode. I don't think you can fix it, it's just a strange quirk.

I play in both Windowed and Windowed Fullscreen and haven't had an issue with panning downwards. Maybe try going Windowed Fullscreen?

I'm not sure which setting was changed to fix this but restoring to default seemed to allow me to play in Fullscreen mode and be able to still share my screen via skype. Resolved
