Shout out to positive summoners

You make this game so much fun to play.
Thanks to the Sejuani I played with today who was simply the most positive and friendly summoner I've seen this year - carrying whilst smiling and joking (the inspiration for this post).
Thanks to the Jinx from a couple days ago who complimented my support plays while we were behind.
Thanks to the Rioters who joked around with me when we played games.
Thanks to the enemy team who shout out when a great play is made and complement their foes.
When people say that League has a toxic community, it confuses me - you are the ones whom I remember when I think of this game, not the ragers. Thanks for playing with me!

Very much this. I've always had a good time when people would joke around.

People who immediately start hating on me for one slight mistake really makes the game miserable and then I just forget about it later.

I wish there were more people that wouldn't rage so quickly.

Indeed, shoutout to those players that make the game more fun no matter what the case.

Shoutout to that ezreal when he was killed by tf by a gold card stun, instead of raging just said "feelin' blue".

This is pleasant. :) Nice players don't get as much attention nowadays.

Im gonna have to agree with this, there has been quite a few games that we should have lost to skill lvl difference or just bad starts but we some how turned it around at the last second by keeping a positive attitude through out the match and just having friendly conversation, and yes some times you run into trolls or people who have become toxic but im sure its these moments that keep most summoners coming back for more.

Thank you for giving me thanks.

It really does make the game better when you run into that one person that can make everyone feel good, even if the aren't doing too well :) I can say from experience that an opposing TF joked with me when i was playing Fiddlesticks even though the rest of my team was bashing me for having a bad game cause i fed the TF on accident. Its those players that can just make even those really sour games just sweet enough for you to keep playing and not rage quit every time :) and thats another reason i play this game, great people=great fun

Aw, a nice post.

If you truly think of the nice players over the ragers, you must be an incredibly positive person. People are generally swayed by the negativity bias: people are more aware of negative stimuli than positive. For every bad thing that happens, you need five good things to feel neutral (the Jen Ratio).

Hopefully you gave them a few honors :) kind summoners make this game more fun than good ones.

I've been suprised by how many people have been silent or positive influences to my play recently. keep it up :D

Very much this- a positive team makes this game fun to play! I wish there were less toxic players online, sometimes just playing a PvP game is nerve-wracking because of the chance that people will chew your head off.

Am I the only person who imagined this post read by Jimmy Fallon?

I might have been that Sejuani :P

Although, yeah, i have noticed another thing, when you duo queue it's much easier to play better because you don't need to worry about 4 others playing well.

Have to agree with this. Love this post. I played with a bunch of random people the other day, we had such a great game together we ended up running another two as a 4 man premade. was a really positive experience.

in my personal time with the game, honestly I've met more good people than bad. There's a lot of nice players out there and a lot of players willing to be friendly if you're willing to be a little outgoing and engage people. Thanks for pointing out how great this community can be.

I feel the exact same as you. So thank you for being positive as well my friend.
