Will i lose rewards for low priority Q?

So i was gone for a bit, and I came back and heard people wont be getting end of season rewards for being toxic. I think its a fine idea and I support it, but, I'd like to know if I will lose my rewards for getting low priority Q? because my internet was wacking out and I got a 30 min (i think) so i just wanna know if ill lose my rewards D:

You'll only lose your Ranked rewards if you have the 20+ minute low priority queue when the rewards are handed out.
