Can't find games to spectate since the patch

Since the last patch I have been unable to find the games to spectate. Can someone help me figure out where they went? I used to see them in the lower right hand corner of the dashboard, but now I just see a loading screen that says, "/All chat | 40 Youtubers locked in a room". Can someone help me out here?

No option to spectate other games. Lower right portion of screen features video for Battle Across Butchers Bridge, above is image for Plunder Bilgewater Spoils, left is Join A Boarding Party.
