Then why am I forced to play again with them? It's either dodge because I was matched with the very same toxic person on my team, or play the game out. Yes the ignore button is there, but the fact of the matter is it bleeds into the team environment by what they tell your teammates about the last game. Whether or not you played well or poorly, they continue to flame you the next game and it just makes matters worse.
