Please rework magnificent twisted fate.

I recently got magnificent twisted fate, I was super excited it being a legacy skin. But was a bit underwhelmed, considering all the other legacy skins look great. Although I don't know if I would like him to be brought back and be available to purchase. Maybe just a rework?
