Add champion level TEN!

I am a Nasus main and I just have to say I've been getting to many s's and I don't have anything to do with them. So I say that we add a level 8 9 and 10, or something that gives you an advantage over other people that play that champion also. Like for Nasus to get extra base lifesteal for having gotten many s's, or like Thresh having a higher percentage of the amount of souls dropped. Maybe we get Rengar or Kha'zix to have a longer lasting ult. But these are just my thoughts. Please give me some good ideas in the comments. (-3-)
