Rune Packs

if possible, Id like it if Riot would make rune packs like how they have Skins packs. u get a few select runes, probably ones that go together, for slightly less IP. my friend Spent 12000 IP on runes. he could have gotten 2 special or new champs with that! it would help save IP and make it much easier to buy Rune Sets. im thinking perhaps a 10% decrease in price per rune.(of course if people have other ideas I can change this) and the packs would be stuff such as 1 Ability power Quinstance, Glyphs, Seals, and Marks. or whenever you buy 3 of the same rune at the same time. also this includes the Limited addition packs included for special events. also have select rare runes exclusive to packs(not to certain about thuis idea) (another idea I am uncertain about) select runes only avalible with select champs, like cooldowns for specific attacks or a longer duration for damage over time attacks.(only come in Quinstances)
