Should the original owners of Championship skins get something like the other Legacy skins did?

Championship Riven was Limited Edition, yes. But skins like DN got that loading screen detail, and if you were there for a that season, and purchased the skin in it's released season, shouldn't you get something to prove that you where there? Sorry, I couldn't find a thread where this was relevant. But it makes sense right? (if you know where this fits better, let me know please.)
