RIOT gave me *36* AP/LV runes?

Here is my story.

I admit that it is my fault for not reading and understanding TOS, hence I got my RAF rewards taken away yesterday.

I found out after the fact that I am abusing the RAF system, and sorry for that.

Here is my question:

I was playing a game as RIOT was taking my rewards away. Luckily (?) I got to see as they were taking my rune pages, champions and RP away.

RIOT took 8 of my rune pages, (1 form RAF, AND 7 FROM the RP purchase, which RP was earned from RAF).

But, somehow.. I now have 45 AP/LV runes, 20 +8 HEALTH runes, 10 Magic pen runes.

I thought the max of each you can have is 9?

Is this a mistake they made? or Why is Riot Exploiting my RUNES? (jks)

I mailed spuport, and all I got was an automated message saying that I am a suspect for RAF exploit, hence they took the rewards away.

But they messed up with my existing runes?? (My rune page is attached)

** Edit : I am not whinning about my rp and ip being taken away. I take full responsibilities for it as it is my fault. My question is why i ended up with 45 of the same rune when maximum allowed is 9? **
