Riot is pissing me off....

Just a few moments of playing league I was stuck at the champion select screen for about 2 minutes so I force quit League and restarted my computer to load back into the game. After 3 attempts League had the message "You have disconnected from the game, please check your connection." My connection is perfectly fine. I tried once more it took about 5 minutes to load up to 100% but then LeaverBuster message pops up and said I disconnected due to inactivity. I managed to get to the game at around 18 Minutes and noticed our team was pretty far ahead of the other team, playing the game and we eventually won it took about 3 minutes just to get to the post-game screen followed by a freaking Low-Priority queue message... This heavily concerned me as it was not my fault I was Afk in a match.
