Is there anyway to chat with people in custom chat rooms while ingame? I've been told yes and no and I am confused .-.

You can make custom chat rooms, yes.

I know but I was wondering if it was possible to talk to the people in the custom chat while in game such as me playing summoners rift and talking to my chatroom.

Oh! Sorry, I misunderstood your question. I don't think there is, no. Well, not without a dual monitor system. I've managed it during custom matches where I was testing settings by bringing the client back up on my other monitor.

But I'm pretty sure there's no method to do so to the whole chatroom from in-game.
