On the top left with your team to discuss everything and on the top right with your friends in case you get any messages.

I think one problem with that would be people would start flaming about anyone loading slowly. Removing everyone else's pings was a good move, but people still be salty as hell about "toasters" and "Potato" comps

Well they still do after loading screen, so i dont see why that would be a problem

I mean that it would happen more/sooner. During loading, there's not much to do, so instead of choosing spells, buying items, and heading out to ward, anyone feeling impatient doesn't have much to distract them from flaming. Not to mention, anyone salty from champion select currently has a minute or so to cool off before engaging with the team again. And whether there really is more flaming or not, any flaming could happen sooner, and with nothing productive to do anyone getting flamed at similarly has little to distract themselves with and help them focus in on the game.

Strategizing and talking team comps while loading in would be really cool, but at the current state of the overall community, I'm concerned it may strengthen the already quite prominent toxicity presence
