Riot hates creative playing.

Sorry for my terrible grammar.

Many users liked AP Master Yi or AP Tryndamere or other creative playing. For example, I liked to play AP Rengar for tanker which was like endless Health recovery. But Riot updated it and it was impossible to play more. So, I think Riot is killing creative play or controlling users' own play.

It's like this.

AP Tryndamere : Wow, man. AP Tryndamere is so OP this is so fun you guys should try this.

Riot games : Uhhhh..... Excuse me that's not how you use Tryndamere properly. He is AD

AP Tryndamere : But it is so much fun!!

Riot Games : I understand but that's not how you play him correctly. He is not for AP

AP Tryndamere : Why?

Riot Gaems : Cause that's not what we made him for.

AP Tryndamere : Then why he has ability power on his skills?

Riot Games : Ummmm...... we will nerf Tryndamere in a week.

AP Tryndamere : WHAT??????

I exaggerated the situation but it's like that many times. When People find new ways of playing champions, Riot nerfs those champions so we can only use them how Riot wanted us to play. Also after the champions league, Riot nerfed champions that dominated during game, like Jayce's E Q combo.

WTH RIOT?

The fact that Riot changes some champions doesn't mean they hate all creativity. Sometimes when people try new things they find stuff that's unbalanced, like splitpush Tryndamere. Blue build Ezreal and support Fiddle & Annie are things that might have sounded crazy at the start of season 3, and they're the result of people being creative in their approaches.

Creative play happens all the time. What you're talking about is finding an exploit and playing a champion in a way that they weren't designed for that makes them overly powerful.

It was always my understanding that the AP abilities granted to AD champs had a high scaling ratio so that it would actually matter if a Support or Tank was nearby who had AP auras. Not so those champs could be built with AP items and become overly powerful.
