Release date of skins (in the future)

I want to create a poll and suggest a feature Riot should consider doing in the future.

I believe that Riot should announce the releasing date of skins as they do for the patches. I/We understand that people might not take this seriously but I think that the community already puts a great effort in making the skins, especially Dragon Trainer Tristana right now. One of the main income in this game is selling their skins and I think it should be taken seriously. Not once not twice not 10 times people have posted on the boards about the Dragon Trainer Tristana skin and when it will be available it's been almost 2 weeks now and I am personally frustrated as I want to get the skin myself and am waiting every single day with the hope it will be released. But as there is no release date no update or anything we cannot know when it is going to be released and perhaps like Azir's skin it might get released in patch 5.24, who knows.

We are all aware of how busy Riot are but at the same time I believe they should take announcements more seriously as a big quantity of their players take this seriously.
