How do I respond to people asking if I'm a girl without giving away my gender (and without lying)?

Whenever people ask if I'm a 'gril' I like to respond with, "I'm a George Foreman gril".

On the internet, nobody knows you're a dog.

You can, if you wish, play the "SQUIRREL!" tactic, which is to immediately distract the conversation with something game-relevant. If nothing is happening in the game, you can always be like "FORGOT TO BUY A WARD GODDAMMIT!" and then type a couple of lines about how much you hate forgetting to buy stuff. If they insist, you can then commence an anecdote about the one time you forgot to buy Zhonya's against Zed or something like that.

Extremely dense people will not get the hint, however, but that's not the kind of people you want to engage on long conversations with, so you can freely ignore them.

"Stfu u fkn scrub"

At least that's the response I usually get for trying to start any kind of smalltalk with people on my team.

First time they ask, you ignore the question (any guy would assume he is not being asked if he is a girl) Second time they ask, "you must be a girl Eris???!" you answer "lol why do you think that".

Whoever asked usually stops at this point, if not, don't act to girly in the future. Gragas

Things that can give away that you are a girl:

"OMG gnar is sooo tiny and cute" "Please, show nidalee chasing her tail one more time she is so cute" "1:55 is sooo far away, but check out these pretty flowers on the ground"

I mean I'm trans sooooo that would be a difficult question to answer... All my friends at school know I am and play games together usually getting one random in our party. I usually play the Bewitching Nidalee because the hat in the kitteh is soooo cuuutttteee >.<; Seriously... It's like how do you put a hat on a kitteh and make it stay on?! So THUMBS UP TO RIOT!!!! (I totally know how since I'm an game engine developer-just felt like adding something cute and innocent to this post)

But with all seriousness, I don't believe in any way that this so called, ''Acting Girly" is a female trait at this point in time.... Seriously.... Just look up what a Trap is and you'd get what I'm saying... 'Acting Girly' shouldn't even be a girly thing anymore >.<

Cheers! -Sin

P.S. And the Nidalee goes : MEEOOOWWWW right before she jumps out of the JG Bush and chomps the living hell out of her pray... I Pro JG Nid lmao

Just say

"Don't worry about it"

and if they keep asking just say

"Don't worry about it"

Say "I am a dog" and only write in barking from that moment on.

Adetto11/6/2014, 12:35:47 AM1 votes

Either ignore em, or just say nah brah. I suggest against using emoticons as well.

"i'm both and not both", if they say what, say "use your imagination". works everytime

Deep Terror Nami11/6/2014, 12:46:14 AM1 votes

"I'm whatever you want me to be".

Hellioning11/6/2014, 12:55:59 AM1 votes

Ignore them. Alternatively, 'why do you want to know?'

EndlessSorcerer11/6/2014, 3:27:24 AM1 votes

I would recommend either ignoring it, responding with "Huh" or "Que" until they get bored, or have some long sentence in a foreign language ready for copy-paste just to screw with them. "Lorem Ipsum" text is pretty common, but still kinda funny.

if you have an username like mine, it's highly unlikely people will ask

patmax1711/6/2014, 10:02:54 AM1 votes

I probably know the answer, but may I ask why this is a problem to you? Do you feel treated differently by your teammates/opponents if they know you are a girl?

I think the best answer to your question depends on what it means for you to let the others know your gender: is it a problem? why? how much of a problem is it?
