communication in game

now i know its a wide concept that league of legends players are very toxic, and thats okay because they mask behind the fact that no one knows who they are and they cant really suffer for what they say or do. now after a bit of experimenting i have found that if i can be verbal with my team even if they are a bunch of random people, i can help foster the team work in all of them. most of the people in lower rankings do not usually know how to continue a snowball if they have a lead or even how to play from behind. they barely know what to do after laning phase is over, and what i have found is that having a communication tool for players in game which allows us to communicate to the team. yes the use of third party programs like raidcall and curse voice is used but not all players want to join as they are afraid of being hacked. it is very important to be able to communicate with ur teammates as the most simple piece of information is crucial to winning games and it is not all times a person would be able to type what they saw and sometimes a ping is not quite enuff. i know that most people would not agree that having an voice chat service on the client is a good thing, and maybe thats precisely why they are in lower tiers. i hope that riot can work on something like this as it would totally change the way regular solo queue is played and make it both easier and more challenging to climb the ladder.
