3v3 patch

As an avid 3v3 player, I'm disappointed that my main game mode is being relegated to only being played in a certain time slot. This needs to be reverted immediately, as 3's was in a really decent spot, the queue times were not terribly long (unless at a master-challenger level, you were looking at 5-8 minutes maximum), and the playerbase didn't need/want time restrictions for its playing of a game mode.

I would appreciate an explanation as to why Twisted Treeline needs to be only at certain times. I can understand why 5's might be, just to keep it from messing with solo queue stuff, but we've seen dynamic queue at the same time as Twisted Treeline (aka 24 hours a day) since we've gotten rid of 5v5 teams. You will probably lose player base over this, and quite a dedicated one.

I'm looking forward to a red response, and for the reversal of this decision to limit the times we can play our ranked game mode, since there's not an option to even play draft on 3v3 yet outside of that time slot.
